Job description

Pine Software Technology Ltd is a software company specializing in trading technology solutions for regulated brokers and trading firms. The company provides Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) products designed to support electronic trading, brokerage operations, risk management, and financial data analysis.

The Legal Adviser will draft and review contracts, oversee corporate governance, ensure labor law compliance, manage corporate registers, compliance filings, and legal documentation. This role also involves managing compliance with GDPR and data protection regulations. The ideal candidate has expertise in corporate or employment law, with strong legal analysis and drafting skills.

Responsibilities

  • Draft and review employment contracts.
  • Provide legal guidance on labor and employment laws. Consult and assist employees and the Company on migration processes (partly), ensure compliance with immigration regulations.
  • Handle corporate legal tasks, changes in corporate structure, company changes and compliance filings.
  • Draft board resolutions, shareholder resolutions, share capital increase/reduction resolutions, etc.
  • Manage corporate archives and maintain corporate registers.
  • Ensure proper archiving and record-keeping of legal and corporate documents. Maintain accurate and up-to-date corporate registries.
  • Subscription agreements and service agreements drafting, including  Market Data Sharing agreements with well known vendors. 
  • Draft and revise company policies, ensuring alignment with legal standards and best practices.
  • Conduct legal research on applicable laws, regulations, and best practices for the Company to adopt.
  • Provide assistance in forming legal standings and opinions. 
  • Apply the principles of GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) in drafting and reviewing contracts and policies. Provide basic guidance on data protection and privacy compliance. Draft processing registers and data processing notifications.

Job requirements

  • 3–4 years of legal experience, preferably in corporate or employment law.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Law is a must, Master’s degree in Law would be considered a plus.
  • Fluent level of English and Ukrainian are mandatory. 
  • Additional legal certifications shall be considered a plus.
  • Legal analysis and research skills.
  • Excellent legal document drafting skills.

Would be a plus

  • Relevant experience in the business filed 
  • Knowledge of Greek language
