The full production cycle IT company Pine Software specializes in the development of software products/services in the field of information technologies. The company's team is working on creating a trading platform with innovative solutions that solve specific problems and satisfy certain customer needs. The company is also engaged in research and development of new technological solutions. Our head office is located in sunny, sometimes scorching Larnaca, Cyprus, and we have an office located in Kyiv as well.

We are looking for a Middle Product Manager to contribute to a web platform that analyzes trading activities — a powerful solution for monitoring, evaluating, and optimizing trading strategies. This is a great opportunity to collaborate with leading U.S. exchanges and contribute to the improvement of a live product.

Responsibilities

‍

• Backlog and Discovery: Prioritizing and refining the backlog, managing the discovery process (requirements gathering, task breakdown, sprint coordination, demos).
• Development Collaboration: Working with a team (9–10 people) to translate requirements into technical specifications, influencing architectural and technological decisions.
• Stakeholder Management and Strategy: Collaborating with teams to develop and refine the product strategy.
• Optimization and Innovation: Analysing metrics and user feedback to identify areas for improvement, exploring new opportunities in FinTech, and staying updated on emerging technologies and trends to drive innovation at Pine products

Job requirements

‍

• 2+ years of experience in product management or business analysis.
• Understanding the SDLC of SaaS projects, CRM, or other complex systems that process a large amount of real-time data.
• Expertise in defining detailed technical tasks and translating business requirements into specifications.
• Product management skills: backlog ownership, feature prioritization based on business value and technical feasibility.
• Collaboration with development teams, influencing architecture, design, and implementation.
• Understanding of UX/UI principles.
• Analytics, performance evaluation, and feedback collection for product improvement.
• A deep understanding of data analytics (GA, Hotjar, Power BI or their equivalents).
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
